I am passionate about the intersection of psychology, technology, and communication. In college, I conducted a year-long research study to understand how tone impacts productivity and rapport-building in the workplace. I landed my first role in tech as an analyst on an ERP system, Momentum, for the Department of State. In this role, I investigated issues and provided business context for developers, quality tested features, ran automated testing in control-m, and worked with the client to implement software enhancements. I love solving problems on large, dynamic projects. Currently, I am working as a Product & Change Management Consultant, where I weed through complex requirements to drive development forward. I also own reports for both end users and stakeholders across several organizations, which synthesizes insights and identifies common themes as well as anomalies in the data. This research informed the training scope and platforms to prepare users just in time for system implementation. I consider myself a lifelong learner with a growth mindset. For example, right now I am learning Tableau through Coursera and reading Unspoken Rules.
