Team Lead, Services - April 2023 - October 2023I am responsible for guiding customers through initial planning, software setup and tool training. I work with customers who vary in size and industry to help with a variety of projects including:• Launching marketing, sales and services campaigns with customers• Driving product adoption across the customer base• Improving and scaling the HubSpot software setup process•Researching, troubleshooting and solving complex software issues

Worked on various committees in my 4 years on the Board including: • Providing a school year planner for the student body of approximately 60,000 students at Ohio State. Experience using InDesign to help design the page layouts and content. Coordinated with organizations in and around the Ohio State University to advertise their organizations with the planer. • Worked with a Collaborative Events committee that collaborated with other student organizations to bring speakers that aligned with the organizations goals + mission. Helped to orchestrate contracts with talent, prepare for the event and plan our marketing, and volunteer day of event to ensure student experience was successful• Worked with both Speaker and Concert Committees to plan, source, and bring talent to the University student body. These events reached out to approximately 60,000+ students and we launched 2-4 events per semester. Helped to plan day of event logistics for talent and day of event logistics for attendees.
