With a background in grassroots organizing, science communication, and project management, I feel my best facilitating energy projects that advance racial, economic, and environmental justice. At Solstice, I spent 1.5 years as a Partnerships Manager, managing a portfolio of community solar outreach and sales campaigns in collaboration with non-profits, governments, and businesses. These campaigns enabled our partners to lower their communities' electric bills, introduce youth to careers in the solar industry, and fundraise to advance their own missions.I am currently filling an interim position for our Business Development team. In my role, I build relationships with solar developers to expand our book of business, support policy research efforts, and lead outreach our for Federal Solar for All partnerships. This work has given me a unique opportunity to use a combination of my people, organizational, and research skills on a day-to-day basis.
