About Allison Pagan

My name is Allison Pagan. I have been a Paraprofessional for the past 16 years. My main goal in life is to help any child succeed academically giving them the tools to conquer this crazy world we live in. I am experienced in Intensive Teaching, Dyad, and Triad Groups. I have experience running programs such as Edmark reading, Talkies, Language for Learning, Touch Math, SRA Math and Reading, Encore, Teachtown and many more. I have attended numerous Special Education in-services getting certified in Vine land Restraint, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI), Handle with Care, CPR, and AED. I have worked in both a Private and Public Schools setting. I am proficient in American Sign Language. I graduated with my Associates Degree in Arts from Brookdale Community College. I am now attending Thomas Edison State University working toward my Bachelors Degree in Data Science and Data Analytics. Keeping behavior data and data on IEP goals has always been one of my favorite things to do at work I love seeing how the children excel in their academic work and decrease their behaviors which is what lead me to the Degree I am working towards. I live each day teaching students something new everyday as well as learning something new myself.
