Aided in strength and conditioning exercises, plyometric exercises, trampoline exercises, gymnastic skills, and dry board exercises to athletes. Aided in the mental coaching of each individual diver before, during and after each competition and practice.

Maintained knowledge of all SEC and NCAA rule changes to help aid the head coach in recruiting. Aided in the mental coaching of each individual diver before, during and after each competition and practice should they need it.

Oversee each diver that comes through the program as well as recruit divers through various opportunities. Created dry land, strength and conditioning exercises, trampoline, dry board, and water workouts specific to each diver’s talent and level. In charge of sanctioning meets through AAU and USA Diving organizations allowing us to host meets as well as attend any AAU or USA Diving sanctioned meet. SCD has allowed me to improve my marketing skills as the club has tripled in size over the past two years. Included parent education to increase their knowledge of the sport of diving and what their individual child may experience through the program. Document and manage all of the book keeping and finances including fundraising.
