In this position, I provided comprehensive counseling services for individuals and groups of elementary school students in need of academic, social/emotional, and/or behavioral support. I designed and implemented group counseling curricula for academic success and motivation for small groups of five to eight students. I collaborated with counselors, teachers, administration, and other relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive support for students. Finally, I collected and analyzed data to measure the impact of my programs.

As a Peer Adviser, I assisted students with scheduling, organizing, and future planning. I also provided services and produce products for the Psychology Department as needed. I specialized in this role as a member of the Tech Team, in which I maintained and updated our website and determined how to use it as an effective compliment to face-to-face advising.

My responsibilities included customer service, assisting patrons with print and electronic library materials, maintaining organization of library materials, data collection and other clerical duties.
