*Maintain all QC documentation with accordance to SOP standards.* Routinely collects raw materials.*Test raw material samples in accordance with FT-IR Standards.* Follow all GMP and GXP guidelines.*Conducts routine environmental monitoring.*Ensure product is being made per NSA guidelines.

*Ability to routinely collect environmental samples for testing.* Perform aseptic plating per FDA and The Dairy Farmers of Americaguidelines.*Ability to read and interpret test results. *Identify and effectively communicate any out of specification analytical test results.* Maintains and Calibrates lab instrumentation.*Ability to operate FT machines as well as EPIC instrumentation.* Routinely performs allergen testing for products.

*Manage workflow throughout the shift.*Monitor the quality of food and service and address any issues promptly.*Responsible for cashier balancing at the end of every shift.*Supervise and train restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.*have knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
