In 2003, Allison founded the companies known today as Imagine Health. Imagine Health is an innovative, quality-driven network concept. Physicians and hospitals are prescreened for quality health care outcomes and then invited to participate on a highly selective, panel of hospitals and doctors that provide care to the client's work force and their family members. Intellectual capital from Five-Star Health Solution and network assets were transferred to Imagine Health to create a network platform that could be leased to many smaller employers and eventually could be purchased as a health plan. Imagine Health networks are established in multiple states and have been successful in reducing health care costs and improving the quality of care for the employees of their client companies. As CEO, Allison grew Imagine Health to 8 networks, $14.5 MM in revenue with a 30% EBITA, before the company took its first round of financing in 2015. Imagine Health has influenced the nation's push for narrow/alternative health care networks. Allison's clients included, Walmart, Qualcomm, Disney, United Airlines, Marriott and The Home Depot.

Allison was responsible for negotiating and administering managed care contracts affecting billions in hospital revenue, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna. She negotiated among the largest net revenue increases for all HCA hospitals--30%. She appreciably improved managed care admissions by 10%, resulting in millions in new revenue. She successfully navigated the termination of a major carrier contract representing 15% of her managed care volume, ending the year with an increase in revenue and recovering the loss in volume. Allison initiated and provided direction for an executive council responsible for strategy, business development, managed care contracting and operations. She was responsible for award winning business development and marketing activities.

At Intermountain Healthcare, Allison was responsible for negotiating and administering managed care contracts affecting $900 million in managed care revenue for twenty-two hospitals in two states. She was the author of the innovation that led to the development of a network services division within Intermountain Healthcare that resulted in 150,000 new lives in a single year. Allison was the thought leader behind the development of Intermountain Healthcare's groundbreaking strategy to offer their own narrow HMO network alongside a broader HMO network. In her early years at Intermountain Healthcare, Allison served as the senior insurance risk underwriter for their integrated HMO.

Allison underwrote the insurance risk and developed and negotiated the agreements for Great-West Life's largest self-funded employers in two of their most important regions, New York and California. She achieved 5 promotions in 5 years.
