- Work as an extension of Property Management at Commercial Real Estate office buildings to provide expertise on workplace experience and employee engagement for office tenants- Lead sustainability efforts for Simpli by writing monthly sustainability tips and environmental recognition day spotlights for the Simpli app and social media platforms, and work with the Vendors Team to provide tenants with sustainable solutions in the office- Manage four property accounts and a Perks Program by communicating with tenants, retailer/restaurant managers and residential managers to offer services to office tenants and exciting Perk offerings for nearby residents

- Communicated with members who were studying abroad to make sure they felt connected with members in the chapter, even from afar- Organized care-packages and sisterhood events to write letters to our sisters abroad

- Utilized an aquaponics system to test water quality, pH, and ammonia levels, measure fish feed, harvest produce, and deliver to local companies to support the farm’s sustainable agriculture practices- Wrote a grant application to request funding on a sustainable agricultural growth research project in collaboration with two University of Maryland Science Professors- Promoted sustainable agriculture to the local community, strived to shift towards strong environmental awareness
