About Allison Shields

I am a postdoctoral fellow in pediatric neuropsychology at Seattle Children's Hospital. My clinical interests are in pediatric neuropsychological assessment of children with complex medical conditions. I am particularly passionate about working with children who have comorbid medical conditions and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., epilepsy and autism spectrum disorder). My research interests broadly center on multi-method assessment, with a particular lens on studying self-regulation and social determinants of health.
