After 7 years of owning, running, & selling a successful business in the service industry, to deciding to make an aligned career change due to a Hashimoto’s diagnosis, it became my passion to optimize both my physical and mental Health & Wellness due to my desire to once again experience a full and joyful life. I have a love for learning, to approach and adapt to life with curiosity, while hoping to influence & support others to do the same. Learning to build awareness & move through life in this way is a gift, reducing stress & allowing me to find peace in the present while achieving my dreams.I have been committed to my education throughout my healing process by obtaining my A-CFHC & NBC-HWC coaching certifications as well as my AA & am continuing towards my B.S. in Psychology, transferring to Colorado State University as an online student beginning this fall.I love to learn, grow, & evolve within a stable work environment. I can’t wait to dig in and hit the ground running. I have a lot to learn and I am excited for the opportunity to do it! One fun fact about me is that I love being in, playing in, & learning from nature.
