- Use cvent and wild apricot registration sites- Manage 60+ in person and virtual events a year with guest counts from 20-400 attendees - Work with internal team as well as vendors to create memorable, purposeful events- Create and manage budgets for events and submit end of project totals in a timely manner - Experience with a wide range of events: private dinners, incentive trips, conferences, vendor showcases, boot camps, virtual lunch and learns, etc.

• Work directly with President on a daily basis.• Manage nonprofit partnerships, donations, and trade dollars across our restaurant group of seven restaurants and catering operations• Oversee company’s participation in local city events to include Fall For Greenville, Artisphere, etc. Duties range from logistical planning to event design• Monitor finances for contracted catering events to include securing deposits and final payments; work closely with accounting office to keep records accurate and up to date• Create graphics, menus, and signage for on premise events as well as offsite catering events• Help oversee Human Resources for over 400 employees. Duties include, employment verification, payroll, manager onboarding and implementing training schedules

Hands on care of patients, charting, assisting nurses.

• On-site contact for clients, problem solving, event set up and breakdown, manage even staff, up to 30 people.• Communicate with sales and operation managers to ensure client expectations met or exceeded in event execution• Attend site visits
