As an intern, I worked in the Consumer Insights group in the public relations department. I worked on research projects for the marketing department. I was asked to complete write-ups on companies for the economic development group. I presented a research project for the senior vice president and vice presidents of marketing. I worked closely under the members of the Consumer Insights group throughout the internship, attending meetings regularly with managers and the directors of public relations. I wrote press releases that were published on the company's external website.
