FP&A analyst responsible for consolidating the spending of entire organization worldwide. Managed quarterly close and fiscal planning processes for a team of five other FP&A analysts which included providing templates, direction, summaries and presentations to senior management in both finance and operations. Responsibilities included delivering budget targets to assigned departments, as well as providing submissions to senior management with regard to direct spending, headcount, corporate allocations, labor cost modeling, and spending efficiency goals.
