As a licensed Realtor with Long and Foster, I provide a full-service home buying and selling experience, specializing in military and veteran home buyers/sellers. I establish and maintain relationships with clients, and interview clients to determine the type of property they seek and services they need. I prepare documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. I write advertisements for properties, populate listing databases, self market within and outside of farmed areas. I also confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that the terms of, and conditions of the property are met prior to closing dates. And finally, I answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, repairs, maintenance, and appraisals.

I coordinated, planned, and executed distinguished guest visits from cradle to grave; point of contact for military and civilian visitors from the White House, Congress, Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, government, foreign dignitaries, contractors, and private industry. I ensured arrangements and details were tailored to each particular visit to include creating invitations and programs, and developing visit-specific seating arrangements, planning boards, tours, and briefings I oversaw Official Representation Funds (ORF) program for Air Force District of Washington (AFDW); approved requests to use funds to purchase gifts for distinguished visitors and ceremonies. I also collaborated with multi-service/agency hospitality office staffers to ensure maximized effectiveness and resources; published weekly event tracker for dissemination to White House Protocol, AF Protocol, Secretary of International Affairs Office, and sister Department of Defense agencies.

I provide logistical, communications, administrative, financial, and command support to a 104-man organization across 44K sq miles. I directly supervise a team of 5 personnel (3 military and 2 civilians). Additionally, I am the Resources Advisor for the squadron and manage a $1.8M budget in conjunction with facilities and assets valued at $7M across the squadron. Finally, I manage the civilian personnel program and manage 10 GS civilians in our unit. The Support Flight is responsible for ensuring all resources are available for the Airmen in the field to successfully complete their mission.
