Develop and implement lean business processes to enable the manufacturing of new products at Intel's R&D facility. Processes include manual tasks that are completed by manufacturing tool operators, along with documenting automation systems requirements for systems that communicate with the production tools, and supporting databases.- Owned the definition of customer requirements, user interface mockups, alpha and beta test cases, training documentation, and user training for up to 23 software solutions to ensure seamless interaction with manufacturing business rules, supporting internal databases and manufacturing tool software. - Solutions spanned all Intel product platforms, 10 unique manufacturing process areas, and to 3 high volume overseas by leveraging lean and process definition expertise. This required strong inter-department team work to ensure all business needs were met.- Maintained and continuously updated customer documentation for three different application systems, along with manual business process contingencies and trained to support in case of software failures and exceptions.- Subject matter expert and point of contact for the CATD factory, supporting business groups, and international contacts for any escalations, questions and general help, including supporting the Automation team in troubling shooting single or multi-system issues.

Project Managed Manufacturing Systems Engineering deliverables in a cross functional team, for a very disruptive product for the CATD factory that introduced 10+ new tools and links, new business process for material management, unit inventory and reject management business requirement and several new software releases that vastly changed how data was inputted and flowed throughout the factory.

Owner of a web based manufacturing support website that housed critical factory decision reports with a user base of 500 employees. Was the key contact for all questions, training and issue escalation. This required an empathetic approach to the users, and diligence to respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.- Owned the definition of customer requirements from various groups, including planning, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing at a rate of 5 releases per quarter.- Created the user interface mockups, alpha and beta test cases, test case execution, training documentation, user training, and performed level 1 software support.- Performed super user configuration functions to ensure that the system can adapt to the changing environment. Lead the software team to make the system as adaptable as possible as manufacturing was in constant change.- Lead software team in transferring the system to an improved code structure, resulting in rewriting entire manufacturing execution system. The system consisted of 50 real time reports, 3 complex logic hubs that supported the planning department, and 5 historical data search engines. Project met schedule and had zero medium/ high level gaps.
