I have been a public education teacher in the great state of Texas for seven years. Currently, I teach special education at Como-Pickton Consolidated Independent School District (CPCISD). Go Eagles! I am passionate about helping children learn and excel who have special needs. The key to any person's success is understanding how they learn and what they genuinely want to learn. I am incredibly fortunate to have a fantastic team that includes three outstanding paraprofessionals who believe all children can learn. We embody the meaning of TEAM; Together, Everyone Achieves More. I am known as an advocate for the "underdog" and am always championing for those whom others would consider not to be their first choice.
