I joined the talent research team in 2021, when Stripe was forming their first ever sourcing team. I dedicated my sourcing efforts to finding amazing engineering talent for all levels in the infrastructure domain. I was impacted by the 2022 layoffs.

For the past few years I've been working as a Technical Sourcer building out engineering teams in product, machine learning and the platform/infrastructure organization. Most recently I've been working on building out fullstack and backend engineering teams in our Toronto and San Francisco offices. • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment efforts to include: creating and posting jobs, resume review, coordinating interviews, timely communication with candidates and reference checks• Accurate and timely processing of all personnel data into the Human Resources Information System• Maintain and update personnel and benefit files and other confidential information with extreme discretion• Prepare new hire orientation packets and conducted new hire orientation as well as process onboarding documentation• Assist with ensuring HR documentation are accurately maintained and complete in accordance with federal and state regulations• Assist HR sponsored employee enrichment events• Prepare termination packets• Field questions and assist employees with HR related questions or issues
