•Directly responsible for the delivery of lead generation goals and lead generation key performance indicators within designated regions. Regularly engages in cold calling and passive lead generation activities.•Ability to demonstrate business knowledge for multiple markets, sales process and all related sales/reporting tools.•Provide support and leadership to the Inside Sales Associate team. •Develops initial relationships with prospects in order to create a viable lead. •Partners effectively with division team to create appointments for Sales Directors and Associate Sales Directors. Ensures a seamless hand off between lead generation and onsite appointment. •Tracks lead opportunities resulting from marketing campaigns.•Regularly collaborates and communicates with Sales Directors, Associate Sales Directors, Field Sales Associates or other key stakeholders. •Consistently and effectively utilizes the customer relationship management system and available marketing and sales effectiveness tools and resources.•Actively participates in pipeline reviews and discussions with direct manager and other key stakeholders. •Maintains an ongoing knowledge of competitive threats and regularly shares this information with others in order to proactively maintain market leadership status. •Maintains professional and technical knowledge by regularly participating in on-the-job and formal training.•Assists with the documentation and follow-up activities for Trade Shows, Conventions, and other industry programs.
