I was responsible for the performance management of a team of 19 Complaints Coordinators, including 3 seniors within the team. The department investigates and resolves complaints on behalf of Nationwide Building Society. I came back to this role after a development secondment as Client Account Assistant May '12-Mar '13 and PA to the Site Director.

Within this role I supported the relationship manager in service and business reviews as well as billing queries and client queries. As well as this I worked as a PA to the head of site in Coventry, this consisted of diary management, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, and any site administration. I was also responsible for the site awards and fun days, as well as any charity days and the Summer and Christmas parties.

Trained first aider and fire warden.-End of shift administration, collating monies, donations, and stock.
