With over 13 years of experience in employee relations and human resources, I am a Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Wells Fargo, where I partner with executives and senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and solutions. Prior to joining Wells Fargo I obtained a J.D. in Law from UCLA School of Law and practiced law where my areas of practice included employment law litigation, which enables me to provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, such as investigations, litigation, arbitration, and mediation. I also have strong skills in resolutions, crisis management, and presentations, which I leverage to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution among diverse stakeholders. My core competencies include leadership development, performance management, organizational redesign and efficiency, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion.
