· Consider abbreviating the months of the year to give yourself more room on the right sided margins…the months of May, June, and July can be left as is since they are already shorter. This can be done all throughout your résumé as needed.

•Serve as the Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer for Ft. Stewart and its Geographic area of responsibility, as point of contact and non-clinical case manager for Soldiers being processed through the Disability Evaluation System (DES).•Coordinate with the physician to ensure all abnormal conditions are assessed by consultation to the specialty clinic. Prepare and coordinate documentation for Soldier and Medical Evaluation Board Providers, to include the permanent profile.•Gather historical data, develop statistical data, prepare data for analysis, compile information, develop slides, charts, graphs, and other documents for briefings and presentations. Design and/or adapt forms and reports for patients and providers.

· Serve patient care for children ages 1 day to 18 years old.· Assist providers with various examinations and diagnostic procedures. Blood pressure, temperature, pulse respiration, pain level, height, weight, infant head circumference and length.· Provide individualized nursing care to patients based upon the physician's medical plan, the nursing assessment, and the physical, mental, and emotional needs of the patient.· Administer medications via various routes such as: oral, intramuscular, and rectal.· Construct and operate specialized equipment such as monitors, pulse oximeter, EKG, oxygen delivery, IV infusion pumps, Glucometer, vital signs machine, defibrillators, and breast pumps.

· Serve patient care for adults: vital signs, EKG, phlebotomy, and process of in-office labs. Perform individualized nursing care for patients. Administer a variety of medications via various routes such as: oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal, and topical.
