Planned and implemented relevant Maine Learning Results Curriculum and assessments for English Language Arts classes grades 9-12, including 3 years participation on a ninth grade team.Pilot classroom research site for MIT Project New Media Literacies, exploring how digital and social media can be incorporated to help students access a challenging literary classic. Maine Learning Technology Initiative Teacher-Leader and Infinite Campus Trainer: Planned professional development workshops and individual teacher training for integrating their MLTI Laptops into daily teaching practice. Provided training and support to teachers during the transition from SchoolMaster to Infinite Campus. NEASC Instructional Review Committee Chair: Facilitated a team of WHS teachers through the two-year accreditation review process and the preparation of the report on the Instructional standard. Member of the NEASC visiting committee for Central High School in October of 2006.
