-Established, manage, and coach the Product Line’s diverse Lean Six Sigma continuous process improvement team of Black Belts, Green Belts, and Industrial Engineers in a time of restructuring to Product Lines.-Lead peers (production and engineering management team) in creating yearly strategic plans aligned with the Command’s vision, mission, principles, and strategic business goals. Includes developing the mission and vision; production goals for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and culture; and the improvement plan to redesign and optimize performance of value streams.-Coach and mentor Product Line Manager and other senior leaders in process improvement theories and methodologies, emphasizing removing waste to create flow and improve throughput.-Lead the Product Line’s Communication Team (comprised of mechanics, engineers, and various levels of managers), including the development and execution of the Product Line’s Change Management plan.-Drive process improvement team to identify new metrics where needed to capture the transition to Product Lines, and also measure the gaps and actions to progress the individual workcells as they mature on their lean journey.
