I've been working with The Walt Disney Company for over 22 yrs, starting my career on the Disney College Program in Spring 2000 working as a Park Greeter at the Magic Kingdom. Since then, I've worked various roles from Attractions to Guest Relations to Event Coordinator to Sales Assistant to College Recruiting Interview Partner, Casting Services Recruiter for hourly roles in Parks & Resorts, and now Senior Recruiter, Professional Recruitment. My current focus is on acquiring talent to support Consumer Products, Games, & Publishing and Commercial Strategy, and Walt Disney Imagineering! The company has provided many opportunities for growth and development, including Leadership workshops and conferences, volunteer experiences including Give Kids the World, Coalition for the Homeless in Orlando, a Gift for Teaching, HBCU On The Yard, and more. In 2008 I was selected as part of the Traditions Team, facilitating classes surrounding the history and heritage of the company to new Cast Members.
