Quality Assurance Manager
CurrentDevelopment, implementation of a VET Continuous Improvement Strategy Comply with registration and accreditation requirements. Develop an annual Quality Management Plan Manage, QA documentation for both VET and Higher Education.Manage the Quality Assurance Branch.Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Develop and manage communication strategies to ensure the Institute is provided accurate data and advice regarding accreditation processes and standards.Manage the monitoring of Training Packages changes or release of new Training PackagesEnsure scope transitional processes and applications occur within regulated timelines.Develop and build a good working relationship with the ASQA, the TEQSA, Dept of Business and Employment and other stakeholders.Collaborate Executive Directors, Directors and Staff to identify and implement any changes to Accreditation, Threshold Standards or VET Quality NVR StandardsDevelop VET systematic processes for managing areas of Risk, Validation, Evaluation and Third Party Agreements.Manage VET Registers Staff Skills Matrix, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management, Validation and Registration of ScopeConduct regular reviews and internal audits of RTO and Higher Education operational processes to assure quality standards are met.Mentor, Coach and advise all Lecturers on continuously maintaining industry benchmarks and Best Practice principles.Manage all change of registered scope applications staff in developing new courses in areas of design, training resources, consultation processes and strategic planning.Assist, in the PD of all Academic and VET and staff.Conduct PD workshops on Quality Management to staff and other identified PD workshops. Responsibility for the management of external audits conducted by the ASQA and the TEQSAI am the registered contact for the ASQA.A member, to the Teaching and Learning Committee, the VET Leadership Group and Academic Board.
