• Collaborate with school and district leadership to develop implementation plans, ensure program awareness, and develop onsite and virtual professional development pathways to support the needs of all educators• Deliver customized, high quality on-site and virtual professional learning services to educators, administrators, district personnel to develop their understanding of the web-based differentiated literacy solution and best instructional practices• Lead individual coaching sessions, facilitate small and large group professional development sessions, and present to 100+ participants at events across the state• Provide classroom modeling sessions, and individual coaching and data review sessions with district and school personnel to ensure sustainability of student success• Offer support for various school needs based on scheduling and offering obstacles through the support of instructional modeling and professional development workshops and materials• Communicate regularly with school and district leadership to discuss strategies for successful implementation and to respond promptly to all stakeholders needs• Manage large implementations reviewing assigned accounts on a regular basis to understand usage and growth trends; identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement based on student performance data• Work with leadership teams to develop professional development and accountability action plans to address areas of concern, and ensure student and staff success• Collaborate with Senior Curriculum and Implementation Managers to develop materials and presentations for national field implementation• Collaborate with upper corporate management to provide field feedback and information on current trends and professional development resource needs

● Assist schools in interpreting and utilizing student assessment data to devise effective reading and writing support for students.● Develop and deliver professional development for teachers and support staff based on school needs.● Provide guidance and support to teachers in creating and implementing Common Core State Standard aligned lessons and pacing guides.● Collaborate with school administration and district personnel to support implementation of state priorities within individual schools.● Conduct classroom observations with school curriculum support personnel and provide constructive feedback and capitalize on coaching opportunities with teachers to increase student growth and achievement.
