As the manager of approx. 10 direct reports in a 3D production studio, I structure and lead team and individual meetings and reviews. I allocate workload, set goals and manage daily operations. I run and contribute to multiple projects to drive 3D across the organization. I design workflows for future 3D implementation and conduct subject matter user pilots. With the help of our subject matter experts I run tests to gain expertise and form enterprise strategies. As the informal Product Manager of our studio project management tool and project leader of many solutions. I engage our internal customers in dialogue, facilitate discovery, assign objectives and empower teams to iterate solutions.

As the Product Owner of a Self Service Reporting tool I worked with Business Stakeholders and SME’s to align on Product requirements, create and maintain the product road map, document feature implementation and clarify requirements. I participated and facilitated in sprint planning. I ran daily stand-ups with our tech partners and held weekly meetings with leadership.

As the Sr PA for College Football I created and maintained apparel and head wear illustrations. I worked with Graphic Designers to break out designs to each College team and maintained graphic schematics throughout the season for our factories. I worked with our in house catalog team to complete seasonal catalogs. I communicated with Product Line Managers and Developers about the status of product and product images in keeping with Nike standards.

As the Global Football Production Artist I created and maintained apparel and head wear illustrations for catalog, sales tools, category line art pages and merchandising pages. I communicated with Product Line Managers, Product Designers, Graphic Designers and Developers about the status of product and product images in keeping with Nike standards.

As the COE Production Artist I created and maintained COE Graphic Tee illustrations for catalog, sales tools, category line art pages and merchandising pages. I communicated with Product Line Managers, Product Designers, Graphic Designers and Developers about the status of product and product images in keeping with Nike standards.

As a production artist at Columbia Sportswear I prepared all artwork to be used in seasonal catalogs as well as creation, maintenance and proofing of the catalogs. I managed production, layout, proofing and helped with design of hang tags, packaging, and technical manuals. I solved technical file production issues such as color, file corruption and application discrepancies. I worked closely with printers to insure all quality standards were met. I also managed the completion of translation files.

Created final mechanicals and separations for tee shirt graphics, trims and miscellaneous graphics. Helped maintain the strike off review process and assisted with the special make up process.
