Allison has worn many hats throughout her career -- from conservation fieldwork in Belize, to leading a markets business and structuring a social impact fund at JPMorgan, to building and managing cross-sector partnerships for sustainability at Closed Loop Partners. In 2024, Allison founded Build for Good, LLC, to provide high-touch operating support to mission-driven organizations.Allison has always sought to have the greatest positive impact within every organization for which she has worked. This extends into her board and advisory work at organizations including Brookings Institution, Echoing Green, LIFT NY, PeopleFund, DSNY Sanitation Foundation, and Michigan Climate Venture.She holds a B.S. in Science, Technology & International Affairs from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. and M.S. in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.
