As the Regional Facilities Coordinator, I provided assistance to the facility management teams in the Pacific Northwest and South Central regions to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. Responsibilities included account projects and reporting, collaborating with the Facilities Manager and Chief Building Engineer on asset trackers, project tracking and status updates, open PO list, services tickets, and vendor management and scheduling. I oversaw the invoice management and PO creation for 5+ sites, monthly client reporting, and vendor management system. Throughout my time on the account, I lead sustainability initiatives for our Seattle site, including the Zero Waste and WELL Health-Safety certifications.

*Promoted from Leasing Consultant to Assistant Community Manager with a focus in operations and L&DAs an ACM, I managed a 356-unit high rise property overseeing customer experience, resident relations, and supervising and training leasing consultants. I was responsible for managing budgets, invoices, billing, vendor relationships, lead generation and follow up, online advertising, lease generation and renewal, and maintenance scheduling.

As a Leasing Consultant, I managed and maintained the entire leasing process, from touring incoming prospects, lead follow up, generating leases, to the move-in/move-out process. Also, within the first year I was recipient of the Elite Sales Team award, generating more than $500k in sales per quarter and earning a spot on the top 3 sales list for four consecutive quarters.

I consulted with private clients to identify design needs, manage relationships with brand representatives and vendors, provided independent designer referral services and active demand and lead generation for luxury home furnishings and interior design solutions.

I assisted the Department Manager in managing the sales team while leading the department in sales, managing resources and special orders, and excelling in customer service and loyalty initiatives. Additionally, I coordinated with the visual merchandising team to develop and rotate displays according to sales data and trends and assisted the events coordinator with executing in-store public and private events.

I oversaw the development of a new store concept, working closely with the company owner to create an elevated showroom. While supervising a sales and warehouse team, I also managed all employee relations, vendor relations, customer service initiatives, scheduling, purchase and sales analysis, inventory, and daily operations.

I managed and trained over 100 employees, including visual team, part-time associates and assistant managers. I was in charge of recruiting and university campus relations, on-boarding and new hire orientation, payroll and benefits, diversity training, loss prevention awareness, scheduling, inventory control, and executing floor set designs and visuals. As the Store Manager, I was able to promote multiple team members from the associate level to management as well as lead the district in sales. As the Manager in Training, I was promoted to Assistant Manager then Store Manager within the first year of employment.

As an MIT, I kickstarted my passion for managing, developing and training the store team and also gained valuable sales and customer management experience. I was responsible for daily shipment and transfers, handling inventory counts, and prepping merchandise for the sales floor. I collaborated weekly with merchandisers in planning and executing an innovative visual environment reflective of the brand aesthetic and conducted in-store events to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
