Key deliverables included financial statement development and review, growth plans, pitch decks, investment preparedness preparation- Program Manager for the pilot program of Climate Resilience bootcamp workshops. This entailed testing a new impact business model for Agora that is focused on earned revenue of bootcamp workshops, which Agora has chosen to adopt for 2019. Testing 1st official bootcamp on Investment Preparedness in November 2018 in Bogotá. - Streamlined the Investment Preparedness validation process, including depth of document revision and financial statement readiness required for companies to receive the Investment Preparedness Stamp
