I am passionate about providing all lawyers and other law firm professionals with the tools to succeed in their careers and to support their teams' development. I am a confident, calm, adaptable leader, manager and problem solver. I collaborate with firm leadership on DEI, professional development, engagement, and overall people and culture strategy. I also design, deliver, facilitate and coach on multiple leadership topics including inclusive leadership, personal presence and impact, and team management. Before moving into organizational development, I was a corporate lawyer in New York and London.I am a qualified MBTI® Step II, Thomas DISC, Thomas High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI leadership tool) and PRINCE2 practitioner; have Belbin and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) accreditation; am a Legal Project Practitioner (IILPM); and have completed the Mental Health First Aid England course. I have dual citizenship - US and UK.
