I find restaurants that pride themselves on great food and great service so I can purchase our member's experiences in advance then send in our full paying members to enjoy that experience at that restaurant through 20 of the most recognizable loyalty dining programs in the travel and hospitality industries with Rewards Network.I look forward to experiencing face-to-face interaction with past, potential, and current customers alike, as well as the growing opportunities to develop innovative solutions that best fit each unique restaurant. Being out of the office and seeing customers in the spaces where they conduct their business and having the ability and tools to service clients, fuels my drive to help restaurants of all shapes and sizes - from white linen to burger joint to coffee shops and everything in between because one day our top paying members need to impress and sometimes they just want a bite to eat on the way home from their son's baseball game and sometimes they just want a quick pastry and espresso.My background includes sales, education, customer service and 22 years in the restaurant industry. I studied kinesiology and received my teaching credential at Cal Poly to become a physical education teacher. My introduction to apparel and the overall media production world came in 2010, when I got a job in customer service at a local apparel company. At the apparel company I quickly learned the techniques and uses of screen-printing and embroidery, and grew to love customer service. I am a natural problem solver, and I find helping customers turn their visions into reality very rewarding, both personally and professionally. In 2012, I transitioned to working at business solutions provider Poor Richard's Press as a Project Manager. Then in 2013, I accepted the position as Account Manager where my customer service skills were furthered as I left managing projects behind and focused on maintaining customer relations. Then from there I entered my career in outside sales with Poor Richard's and left there in October of 2018. That same month I began my career in Commercial Insurance as a Risk Advisor for one of the largest independently owned insurance agencies in California, Morris & Garritano. There, I focused on managing risk and advising on commercial insurance in the Construction, Restaurant and Non-Profit industries. In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my 3 boys (2 in high school and 1 in the US Marine Corps), watching baseball (Go Dodgers!), playing hours of beach volleyball and spending time at the beach.
