I have served in various leadership capacities from developing strategies and sustainable team practices to enabling the team to create and drive to a vision. I have worked driving multi-disciplinary, cross functional, cross geographical teams bringing organizational development and personal development as part of the learning process. Additionally, I have built out beginning and mid-career leadership programs and accelerators to support individuals to be their best self. I leverage different methodologies and approaches such as appreciative inquiry, self as coach, and crucial conversations to address each person’s focus area.
