About Allison Cheron

I am passionate about the law, ethics and fairness. I transitioned from practising law, to managing departments, to my current position leading a team of managers at the Law Society of Ontario. Managing people for most of my career drove me to want to understand more about the theory behind the law, leading me to achieve a Master of Laws in Labour and Employment in 2018. As an avid learner, I also attend a frightening large number of CPD programs each year.When I am not working or learning, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have four children, two of which continue to live with us. Whenever possible, I try to find a quiet corner of the house to read a good book.
