• Serves as primary liaison to nine alumni club chapters throughout the nation. Supports and works alongside the Director of Alumni Relations, President, and Provost. Responsible for $40K+ budget each year.• Identifies, engages, and stewards prospective donors, establishes relationships, and collaborates with 20+ giving officers to acquire donations. Secured meeting with a prospective donor with a $55K+ giving capacity. • Built upon alumni club event program to increase donor potential: grew program from nine events annually to 15+ each year in nine cities. Each event hosts 30–250 alumni.• Initiates, creates, and executes dynamic events to draw investors such as sporting events, art gallery visits, or coordinating speaking events around relevant topics. • Co-coordinated five-day reunion event for 100 alumni in Rome.• Manages alumni board at John Felice Rome Center and 12 club leaders in U.S. cities including New York, Washington D.C., Boston, San Francisco, and Chicago.• Creates print and web marketing collateral including brochures, signage, newsletters, and email blasts.
