Allison brings 20 years of marketing expertise in both the multifamily and student housing industries. In September 2020, Allison joined Hawthorne Residential Partners and served as the Vice President of Marketing. She was responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for a portfolio of 250+ properties, valued at over $12.5 billion, with over 62,000 conventional units across 8 states. Earlier in her career, she was the Vice President for Marketing & PR at Peak Campus, one of the nation's leading student housing operators. She was responsible for the strategy, conceptualization, and execution of both corporate and property marketing strategies. This included media planning and analytics, advertising, public relations, corporate communications, interactive marketing programs, merchandising, and other brand guardianship initiatives. Peak has developed over 15,000 beds of purpose-built student housing, and manages over 55,000 beds and 30,000 units, with a combined valuation of more than $3.5 billion for investors nationwide. Prior to joining the Peak Campus, Allison spent ten years with Bell Partners Inc. There she served as the Director of Marketing and was responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for a portfolio of approximately 250 properties, valued at over $5.5 billion, with over 70,000 conventional units across 15 states. She served in all on-site operations, sales, and regional marketing positions for Bell Partners Inc., where she was recognized as Property Manager of the Year in 2007, Marketing Partner of the Year in 2008, and Corporate Partner of the Year in 2009. She earned her BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Tennessee where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
