I've been a high-performance coach. I've been a tactical training coach, and I've learned from 20+ years of coaching that there is a tender spot inside that even the strongest people neglect out of survival. I've seen that there becomes a "tipping point" where we simply can't press it all down anymore, and yet we don't want to fall completely apart. My coaching these days is a non-violent, Internal Family Systems approach that helps you be so-effing-tender with yourself without losing your creative and achievement spark.
