- A Customer Facing Licensing Solutions "Consultant"- Evaluating and reviewing complex Microsoft proposals/amendments- Supporting enrollment activities to achieve on-time renewals and true-ups for existing SHI customers- Assisting Microsoft Account Executives and Customer Success Specialists with SHI’s Agreement - Educating the sales teams on Microsoft programs and best practices for driving Enterprise Agreement’s and Microsoft revenue- Strategizing on deliverables for cost analysis/proposal creation- Developing and implementing both company-wide and client facing training webinars geared toward the latest changes in Microsoft licensing, products, and programs- Staying up to date on relevant Microsoft certifications and technologies

- Ensuring onboarding customer Microsoft ( MS ) agreements to the company is seamless and effortless on the customer’s part- Ensuring customer retention by tracking set deliverables throughout the life of an agreement- Continually being a resource/helping advise customers on a routine basis about MS software programs or other related services- Capitalizing on customers' contracts by collaborating with the company’s MS-AE for pivots off the install base to identify other Microsoft and non-Microsoft opportunities- Partnering with customers, the Microsoft Account Team, and SHI Account Team to prioritize and plan customer engagements that enhance MS and Non-MS program utilization- Assisting with analyzing data to identify, upsell, cross sell, or encapsulate services like digital transformation, Cloud Migration, ITAM and others- Maintaining a working knowledge of the core Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure product features and functionality- Assisting with analyzing data to help our customers understand their utilization
