Born and raised in Southern California but now a Washingtonian, I have dabbled in food service, retail, government work, promotional merchandise, and marketing where I discovered I love being a project manager. I enjoy getting to know people, communicating stakeholder requests, managing projects and teams, and seeing the overarching picture of a brand. As a project manager for the Eddie Bauer Marketing team, I have learned how to juggle a variety of projects, each with different stakeholders, which speak to the brand identity as a whole. I have become an omni-channel oriented marketer and an expert in our project management software. But in this role, I was also able to grow in my ability to be flexible, working on a team, and managing cross-functional communication. This experience as a project management also inspired me to become certified in the field, using my time outside of work to earn the Google Project Management Certificate. In my time at Eddie Bauer, I have stretched out of my comfort zone and realized how much more I can achieve; I am proud of the work I have accomplished and strive everyday to improve our processes.Prior to my tenure at Eddie Bauer, I was fortunate to be offered a position at BDA where I explored the power of promotional merchandise as a form of advertising, specifically in the NFL sports market. I learned how to become an Associate Account Manager; from handling the day-to-day tasks of finding requested products, overseeing the order management process, and emailing vendors for quotes and current inventory levels, to the overarching goals of meeting with clients on how to better meet the goal of their promotional event, boosting margins and profits, and facilitating relationships between my co-workers, clients, and vendors. During this time, I acquired my Master Advertising Specialist (MAS) certification from the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) which opened my eyes to the advertising world. Throughout my work experience, my schooling, and life adventures, I have become a wildly curious person with a passion to celebrate others and find ways to make a difference. I hope whatever venture is next, I get to continue to explore new paths and positively impact those around me.
