As a Senior Manager, Global Client Services, my primary responsibilities have shifted to include an account management role for a variety of our key clients. As a Senior Manager, I am in regular communication with our clients to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of NetExpat services to their expat employees and their family members throughout the world. In addition to Senior Manager, Global Clients Services, I have also taken on the role of Marketing Manager, Global Communications. As the Marketing Manager, I oversee the creation and development of all marketing communications in line with NetExpat's overall sales and marketing strategy.

Greater Chicago Area

As a Global Client Services Manager, my role is to be the single and essential point of contact managing NetExpat support for expat employees and their family members moving to or from the USA. This includes client needs assessment, organization of service delivery, monitoring of client satisfaction and continued feedback to corporate clients.

Nürnberg Area, Germany

Upon moving to Germany in 2011, I noticed there was an increasing number of young expats moving to the Nuremberg area. Although there were several existing groups for expats, most seemed to be targeted towards women with children and families. CHICKhaus was originally founded to ease the cultural transition for expats by creating a social support network. As co-founder, I teamed up with the President of another existing area women's organization to create the concept of CHICKhaus and make it a reality. Through use of social media and our website, CHICKhaus has grown from a vision to over 500 members in just 3 years and continues to evolve to meet the needs of our members. In addition to holding quarterly planning meetings regarding the group's structure and strategy, I also oversee the planning of all of our events that take place in Nuremberg.

Greater Atlanta Area

As Marketing Manager for SolTech, I shifted focus from marketing our recruiting services to an overall responsibly for business development and lead generation. Utilization of Web 2.0 technologies continued to be a focus, in line with targeted e-marketing campaigns and an overall corporate website redesign. As part of the business development team, I strove to utilize an innovative approach to marketing tactics such as SEO, lead generation, content creation, among others, to form an effective inbound marketing approach.

Greater Atlanta Area

As a Marketing Analyst for SolTech I constantly worked to utilize Web 2.0 technologies to educate potential clients, current clients, and candidates with information about SolTech and the landscape of the current technology marketplace in Atlanta. My focus involved increasing qualified candidate flow to our team of technical recruiters to place talent for both internal business needs as well as for identified client needs.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

As the Marketing Associate, I was responsible for promoting sales generation and awareness through strategic and effective marketing campaigns and tactics related to Stericycle's Returns Management Services (RMS) division. RMS provides recall services for pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer products companies as one of the most experienced companies in the industry ensuring compliance and effective recall execution.

West Lafayette, In

As an undergraduate student at Purdue University, I dedicated my time to my studies as well as becoming involved with many of the over 750 student organizations available on campus. Through my involvement with Chi Omega, The Panhellenic Association, Old Masters, Purdue Foundation Student Board, College Mentor's For Kids, Women in Business, among others; I not only learned about my field of study but was also able to use my experiences within these student organizations as a gateway to what real world work experiencees would ultimately entail.

As an intern for Ford Motor Company, I was given the opportunity to conduct market research of competitive service contracts from both a dealer and customer perspective. At the conclusion of the internship I presented my findings and proposed ideas to increase profitability and penetration of Ford's Extended Service Plan.
