Over the course of the summer season, I process patron transactions and address any concerns they have regarding show content and the facility, I train box office and volunteers to assist patrons and accommodate all levels of accessibility and finalize all paperwork and reports as dictated by the Financial Director.

The Bridge Company consists of young theatre professionals who are immersed in the day-to-day workings of Tantrum Theatre. I supervised them on their artistic, publicity, youth camp and shop assignments, acted as a liaison between various departments to create their weekly schedule and co-directed and co-produced two ten-minute play showcases.

I provided supervision for 20 teenagers in a dorm setting. I enforced curfew and behavior policies and counseled students through homesicknesses, illnesses and injuries. I also drove a company issued vehicle and chaperoned the students on several weekend field trips.
