At the AESC I had a global mandate, overseeing the marketing activities of the AESC throughout all of its regions: the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. In addition I was an advisor to BlueSteps, the AESC’s online career management service for senior executives interested in gaining access to retained search firms. I co-founded DesignScout.com, a global search engine connecting marketers with brand identity and design firms. Design firms paid a fee to be listed and we drove marketing traffic to the site to search for firms based on specific criteria.
