Allison had a winding path before "FLUX," starting out in healthcare in the late 90's. she moved around the country while advancing her career into various management roles. In the middle of her career she obtained a degree in Visual Journalism and worked as a freelance photographer for a time. Post pandemic, she started Allison Scott Paint Co. with her partner (Scott). After establishing the success of that company, and seeing an opportunity in the quickly growing market of EV's and Electrification, FLUX was created.
