• Assist customers with discovering new ways to do business through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central• Design and refine solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations

• Assist the Project Manager in the management of the project work by facilitating communication with the business unit/customer, project team, and other stakeholders as necessary related to requirements and proposed solution for the project. • Elicit business requirements (features & user stories) for assigned project requests, and manage the product backlog. • Decompose the user stories to a consumable level that is understood by the developers. • Lead the team in the identification of acceptance criteria for the decomposed user stories. • Ask business stakeholders probing questions and communicate that information to the development team to ensure they understand the requested work. • Understand the business processes and to use that knowledge to make recommendations for business process improvements as well as improve the value to the end user and the Transportation Cabinet.• Follow Agile Project Management protocol for all team interactions.

• Ownership for the functional customer experience for both B2C and B2B web products. • Collaborate with key cross-functional leaders to continually improve the B2C and B2B complete front-end customer experience, and back-end employee experience.• Maintain and execute against the product roadmaps for both B2C and B2B web products• Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to identify and improve all aspects of the websites. Develop and maintain a user group for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and lead UAT for all major deployments. • Understand, trace and improve all aspects of Master Data Management (MDM). Lead and coordinate MDM process improvement efforts for the company.

• Work with business leaders within the company to identify needs to increase internal efficiencies and meet customer needs• Lead analyst in the implementation of a home-grown CRM tool to help sales representatives manage customers, log calls, and increase productivity• Facilitate value stream mapping sessions, when necessary, to help SME’s of different departments find common ground, streamline processes, and understand broader cross-functional challenges• Consistently challenge business leaders and key personnel to seek opportunities to gain efficiencies and develop drafted plans for new enhancements that may reduce time spent on their tasks• Design specifications to meet needs with screen shots, work flow analysis, and communicate detailed specifications to system programmers• Thoroughly test new developments in Test, Stage, and Production environments• Prior to Production environment graduation, incorporate Training department to prepare for appropriate delivery timelines and communication• Manage production delivery pipeline to meet priority business needs and work with business leaders to assign correct priorities as needed by all channels • Experienced in working closely with customers to meet specific Punchout or Web B2B Requirements• Spec’d and delivered code for 97 projects between August of 2014 and April 2015, with three months of that time dedicated to acquisition customers requiring specific development needs and direct work with the customer (Houston Fire, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, Mecklenburg Sheriff, Broward County Sheriff, Miami Police Department, and Guilford County Sheriff) collectively representing approximately 20 Million in contract business annually• Provided on-site support for all programs listed above with all programs now self-service via our programming solutions, thus freeing up sales to seek new opportunities of the same magnitude
