Worked in the following capacities: Director of Special Projects (2002 – 2003), Senior Research Associate on the Randomized Clinical Trial: Stop Hypertension with Acupuncture Research Program (2000 – 2002), Senior Research Associate/Data Manager I and II/ Senior Research Assistant on the Randomized Clinical Trial: Children’s Amalgam Trial (1998 – 2000), Senior Research Assistant - Multimode Cognitive Instrument (September - October, 1998). All but the earliest position involved managing, training and supervising other research team members on and off site. Other responsibilities ranged from collecting and monitoring data to designing data management systems to directing and coordinating new initiatives for large-scale clinical trials and epidemiological studies, locally, nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on complementary and alternative medicine.
