This includes checking for compliance on packaging and labeling, and digital tracking accuracy.• Physically and Digitally Auditing MIPs facilities including Distribution retail ready products, MIPs retail ready products and In Progress Items. Digital audits daily and physical audits weekly/monthly.

+ Responsible for maintaining compliant business practices for twelve Colorado Cannabis licenses - including Medical and Retail Grow, Extraction and Dispensary facilities.+ Performed mock-inspections in accordance with the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division's rules and regulations, as well as the Denver Department of Environmental Health, Denver Fire Department, Colorado Department of Agriculture, OSHA, and all other regulatory agencies.+ Conducted annual training of EPA Worker Protection Standards, including Respirator Fit Tests.+ Founder of MiNDFUL's Safety Committee. Performs semi-annual safety training, routine hazard assessments and inspections, as well as ensuring all personal protection equipment is compliant+ Point of contact for all compliance inspections and concerns
