Responsible for developing new cash management business from both prospective and existing bank customers. Oversees the entire implementation process for new cash management products. Performs all required functions within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. Prepares and delivers sales presentations and recommends appropriate services to customers. Analyzes bank statements and prepares documentation for new cash management services. Works with other department members to set up cash management-related products and services. Coordinates with other departments as necessary. Meets regularly with existing bank customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand business relationships. Assists with resolution of service and operational issues for cash management clients. Interfaces with customers and bank employees as necessary to resolve issues and provide solutions. Partners with Commercial Banking, Marketing and Cash Management Sales and Product Manager in determining the features necessary to provide competitive products. Stays current with cash management industry trends. Supports Cash Management Sales and Product Manager in providing outreach and training to various bank departments. Refer sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.

Responsibilities included servicing of Business Banking clients for Commercial Banking group. Set-up of cash management products, cash concentration, merchant services, payroll and tax solutions and wire transfer set up. Managed a portfolio of 275 clients consisting of borrowing and non-borrowing relationships with market of up to $3M in annual revenues with credit needs up to $250K. Worked directly with banking centers for leads and opportunities. Responsible for educating banking centers and business clients on business seminars and informational workshops.
