She works with dozens of high-growth and start-up consumer and technology companies across the U.S. on trademark and copyright design, implementation, registration, and dispute resolution. Most of her clients are consumer-facing businesses whose brand is the cornerstone of their business. Over the past five years alone, she has helped secure hundreds of protected trademarks in the U.S. and internationally. She also regularly advises clients regarding IP licensing and related agreements involving inter-company use of brand rights.Allison lives in San Francisco Bay Area and is an avid skier, hiker, gardener and fair-weather biker.*Allison is a member of the New York Bar and California Bar.
