After graduating from MIT with a degree in Chemical Engineering, I began working in the energy industry supporting day-to-day operations on an offshore oil and gas production platform in the Gulf of Mexico. I spent five years in process and facilities engineering roles where I was integral to project management for asset optimization, providing technical support to operations, and improving process safety to ensure safe and efficient production. In 2021, I pivoted into the offshore wind business using parallel experiences to develop the operations and maintenance strategy for SouthCoast Wind (formerly Mayflower Wind). I’m now continuing my journey in offshore wind at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, managing the operations and maintenance team.
